The HOA

Boulders on the Green is an HOA (homeowners association) that provides the residents with a variety of amenities and services. In exchange, the owners agree to uphold the Bylaws and Protective Covenants of the community.

These rules allow the association to keep the neighborhood welcoming and enjoyable while striving to continually enhance property values.

Residents are assessed a monthly HOA fee, and as a member of the larger Sonoma Ranch South HOA, we also pay a small annual fee to the srssoa.com association.

Boulder on the Green provides the following services to our residents:

  • Security of a gated community
  • Landscaping and plant maintenance of front lawns and all common areas
  • A beautiful clubhouse with full kitchen, outdoor natural gas grill, outdoor gas fireplace
  • Pool and Spa
  • Fitness center
  • Community sponsored activities
